Welcome to the Surry Arts Council's Trip Planning Service

This website is designed to allow you to plan a trip to Mount Airy and the Surry County area by presenting options for lodging, meals and entertainment during your stay and providing a cost estimate for your trip. You even have the ability to pay for everything online with our secure website. There is no cost to use this software.

Please browse the Community Events Calendar to see the variety of activities that take place throughout the year. The highlighted events on the calendar are sponsored by the Surry Arts Council.

There are two ways that you can use this site:

• Plan a trip to the area with no required purchase OR
• Plan a trip to the area, choosing to request reservations, then provide payment securely online

Instructions

There are four easy steps to planning a trip:

1. Enter group information
2. Choose your Lodging with number and type of rooms needed
3. Choose your Dining options for each day of your stay (breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- all optional).
4. Choose your Entertainment options for each day.

Placing a reservation request

You may review your trip summary and place a request to have your trip reserved at the end. A specialized agent at the Surry Arts Council will be in contact with you to complete your order and confirm the final price, which will include a small handling fee. Trip itineraries and costs may change before payment is made, as prices fluctuate, discounts are applied, and event availabilities change. All correspondense will be sent to the trip planner's contact email.

Computer Requirements

You will need to use Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater and have Javascript enabled to use this service. Using the back button on your browser may not work for some pages. Instead, if you would like to restart your trip input, choose the "Trip Planning Service" link on the left side of any page.
